FAQs

Are you available to represent private land owners and developers before a city or town?

  • Not typically. We normally represent the city or town.

Do you handle litigation?

  • We have handled a wide variety of zoning, condemnation, and construction litigation over the years, but are no longer lead counsel in litigation matters.

Do you do other work for private parties, not involving municipalities?

  • Rarely, but we invite you to inquire with the understanding that no representation is implied unless and until we send a letter formally confirming our engagement as your attorney.
